About Paulina

I'm a journalist and audio producer based in Los Angeles, California. My interest is hearing and telling stories in the immigrant community, and I am constantly thinking about how best to represent the multifaceted experiences of my family, friends, and neighbors.

Most of my experience is in public radio news and podcasts here in California, but I started off doing radio in France. I often talk to people who work on immigrant rights issues and who advocate for labor rights. I am currently focused on the lives of domestic workers, and interested in how this labor sector reflects how society thinks about race, gender, and class.
