About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm an Austin-based narrative audio producer, theatre artist, and an instructor of applied theatre and acting at Texas State University.
My storytelling, editing, and collaborative skills are enhanced by over 25 years performing and teaching theatre, improv comedy, and music.
I'm a story producer for Mortified Austin, a recurring guest co-host on the Wondery podcast Famous & Gravy, I was the producer of The Voucher Scam podcast, and I've produced audio stories for NPR affiliate KUT Austin, PRX Remix, Texas State University, and Fusebox Festival. My audio stories have aired on the podcasts 51%, Neighbors, and Make Every Media. I teach audio storytelling for StoryCenter.
I'm a graduate of StoryCenter's Online Certificate in Digital Storytelling, a certified story facilitator for Leadership Story Lab, and hold an MFA in Drama & Theatre for Youth & Communities from UT Austin and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance.
