About Kate
I am a writer, researcher, and storyteller with over a decade of experience designing stories for radio and podcasts. My reporting and consulting experience has covered topics from local food reclamation programs to crop insurance and resulted in three ongoing podcast productions.
I am interested in the meaning people make through their connection to land. My work has focused on food sovereignty and agricultural reporting, with clients including Cornell Small Farms, Farm Commons, Midwest Organic Services Association, and the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture.
