About Ian

I'm an audio/podcast producer currently working with Cadence13's award-winning C13Originals studio. Work I've been a part of has been featured in the Variety, Rolling Stone, Deadline, has won the New York Press Club Journalism Award, and been nominated for a Peabody.

I've spent my career diving deep into public records, online databases, archival collections, and more to find stories and sources. In addition to extensive research experience, I am also well versed in the technical side of podcast production. I can engineer interviews, handle tape syncs, record in the field, mix and master final productions, and assist in sound design.

I'm based in Chicago but love working with people all around the world. I firmly believe podcasts are the best medium for telling honest, powerful, and significant stories—few things beat the power of the human voice!
