I work with conscious leaders, changemakers, facilitators, and coaches to shape and transmit messages that can be felt, inspire action, and change lives.
I’ve collaborated with leaders and organizations including Sadhguru, Joe Hudson (Art of Accomplishment), Rachel Rickards, and Maya Luna, as well as across narrative radio and podcasting.
I launched the award-winning podcast In Confianza (formerly The Pulso Podcast) and have had features and collaborations with platforms including NPR, Latino USA, WHYY’s The Pulse, PRX, Tenderfoot TV & Foreign Policy.
My work sits at the intersection of professional storytelling and inner development.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in sound engineering and bring 15 years of experience crafting high-quality audio and video content, alongside decades of experience in personal growth, meditation, nervous system awareness, and embodiment.

I Reported & Produced this episode in collaboration with WHYY's "The Pulse" about a pair of doctors who spent decades creating a program to borrow doctors from Mexico so Spanish-speaking and indigenous farmworkers in the US can have access to healthcare, and how the need to be understood, seen and heard, is at the center of human health
I worked with Tenderfoot TV & Stephtown studios as a Pro Tools & post-production editor on the investigative docu-series from The Innocence Project.
I Produced, Wrote, and Sound Designed this episode for The Pulso Podcast, covering the story the most important Supreme Court Case in Latino History. It was subsequently featured on Futuro Media's Latino USA & NPR.
