Audio Educators Meetup with Early Career Audio Collective
The Early Career Audio Collective (ECAC) is a peer-led mutual aid and resource group for emerging creators of radio, podcasts, and audio art. Its listserv provides a friendly space for community building, early career job postings, skill building opportunities, and creative collaboration. ECAC's resources include an audio skillshare doc, a cross-generational mentorship program, and in-person meetups for members to connect. The group has almost 500 members of all ages, based all around the world.

Sara McCrea
Sara McCrea is a Brooklyn-based writer and audio producer from Boulder, CO. She currently leads podcast strategy at Random House Publishing Group, and she has produced or story-edited critically-acclaimed podcasts and original audiobooks for entities including Pushkin Industries, Slate, Audible, Center for Humane Technology, and TED Audio Collective, as well as independents. She has guest taught on the subject of interview podcasts at Wesleyan University and NYU, and in 2023 she founded the Early Career Audio Collective (ECAC).

Kaitlin Goldin
Kaitlin Goldin (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based storyteller from the San Francisco Bay Area. She currently writes, reports, and produces Betrayal, a true crime podcast from Glass Entertainment Group. Previously, she worked for Rococo Punch and Women’s Audio Mission. She helps run the Early Career Audio Collective (ECAC), and outside of audio, she’s a director, playwright, and sometimes-funny person.
