Early-Career Microgrant

We Are Moving The Needle’s Early-Career MicroGrants are specifically designed to be a flexible fund for rising seniors and creators with 0-5 years of experience to support smooth transitions into the workforce. Grants will range from $500 to $1,000 to provide immediate assistance that can turn the impossible into the possible.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Music producers, engineers, songwriters, or similar creators with a commitment to growing a career behind the board.
  • 0-5 years of experience (including rising college seniors).
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Demonstrated interest in advancing your career, whether that's covering travel for an internship or assistantship, enrolling in an advanced audio course, or investing in new equipment.
  • MicroGrant funds are intended to support professional skill development and career-advancing needs, rather than artist development.
