About Olivia
Hi! I'm Olivia, an independent producer and arts & culture writer based in Brooklyn, New York.
Currently, I’m the Marketing & Editorial Consultant for the books & culture podcast Lit Up and the film podcast Die Hard On A Blank, both productions of Sugar23. Recent podcast credits include Viewers Like Us (producer); The Tip Off (producer, 9th season); and Crossing the Line (story producer).
From January 2021 to January 2022, I served as AIR's Development & Editorial Associate. Prior to AIR, I spent 5+ years working across the digital media and publishing realm in a mix of editorial and communications-centric roles at 29th Street Publishing, Little, Brown & Company, and Vanity Fair.
I also organize alongside fellow media workers to improve labor conditions across the industry with the Freelance Solidarity Project, a division of the National Writers Union.
I'm a 2015 graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, where I studied English Literature and Dance (I trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance for ~18 years). In 2017, I co-founded Constellation, a digital publication dedicated to celebrating emerging and established creatives of marginalized genders across the globe.
Olivia 's Portfolio
In 2016, I launched a one-season podcast project with my friend and former Columbia Spectator Arts editor, Abby Mitchell. In each episode, we pulled on the threads of our favorite fashion moments to unravel the human stories behind the clothes.

Through this zine, we unearth stories of queer love, exes turned unexpected best friends and co-conspirators, and other unruly dynamics that emerge when a significant (or flash-in-the-pan) relationship morphs from one phase to another. Along the way we ask: If the clothing we (sub)consciously hold onto represents the space between our past and future selves, when does a garment become a ghost? Launched October 2020. 20 pp, digitally printed on 55gsm improved paper stock. Independently published in London by Newspaper Club. Proceeds from this zine launch went to the Audre Lorde Project.

Launched in March 2017 and currently on hiatus, Constellation is a digital zine and evolving platform created to celebrate emerging and established creatives of marginalized genders across a spectrum of cities, that I co-founded alongside filmmaker Jaclyn Bethany and graphic designer Suze Myers. In its first year, Constellation garnered 27,000 unique global readers. The Constellation site is currently in the process of being archived, and we hope to share its permanent online home soon.
