Katy Osuna

While pursuing my anthropology and sociology degree, I discovered my love for creepily observing social interactions while making cheese and playing with baby goats (I was researching food culture and cheesemaking).

After graduating college, I worked for a couple of years at a nonprofit in Boise, Idaho before deciding to pursue my love of the culinary arts by attending culinary school and working in fine dining in the San Francisco Bay Area before leaving to start Copper & Heat. 

5 years, several awards, and a couple of branded podcast projects later, digital media and audio content creation is what I do. So I spend a lot of my time doing food experiments for Instagram, editing weird mouth sounds, and taking too many pictures of my cat.
