About Julie
I'm an independent audio producer and editor, currently with Understood.org and iHeart. From 2006-2016, I was executive producer of audio for Tablet Magazine, producing the award-winning weekly podcast Vox Tablet, and the weekly talk show Unorthodox. From 2001-2006, I was a producer for PRI/WNYC's The Next Big Thing. I live in Brooklyn, speak some Russian with the neighbors, and have a teenager who keeps me entertained.
