Editing:

  •   Public Media Journalism’s Association’s Editor Corps, (May 2020 - present) As a member of PMJA’s Editor Corps, I am assigned to work in public radio newsrooms across the country to edit news stories and features, and occasionally fill-in as managing editor.
  • The Colorado Dream: Newcomers Welcome, from KUNC (Jan - September, 2022)  I was the editor of this five part series (radio and podcast) about the Black immigrant experience in Aurora, CO, a city with a robust plan to welcome all newcomers. Reported by Stephanie Daniel.
  • Slow Burn season 7: Roe v. Wade, from Slate (April - June, 2022) I was the assistant editor of this four episode podcast about the history of abortion legalization and the Roe v. Wade decision. Reported by Susan Matthews. 
  •  According to Need, from 99% Invisible (August - October, 2020) I was an advising editor for this podcast series on the unhoused in the Bay Area, reported by Katie Mingle. It won a duPont Columbia Award
  •  Re:sound, from Third Coast International Audio Festival (2004 - 2019) I edited Re:sound, TCIAF’s weekly radio show/podcast featuring audio stories curated from around the world. The program also included original work from the TCIAF team.

Consulting: 

  • Audible Podcast Development Program -   (Jan, 2020 - present)  I consulted on the development and execution of Audible’s Podcast Development Program, created to give opportunities to new and diverse makers. At present, all six selected projects have completed their pilots and are on track to be greenlit by Audible.
  • Rotary Voices Podcast, from Rotary International (Sept 2022 - present)  I am currently consulting with Rotary International to help the organization develop a new interview-based podcast to complement its monthly print magazine.
  • Interfaith America podcast (Jan - September, 2022) I worked with Interfaith America to help the organization launch an interview-based podcast. The first season of 12 episodes launched October, 2022.
