About Carol
Carol Jackson is an EMMY and WEBBY-award winning producer. She is currently a digital strategist at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University where she co-produces the podcast Ways & Means. Before becoming a Blue Devil, Carol spent many years with the public radio show The Story with Dick Gordon, serving as Managing Editor and interim Senior Producer. Prior to her time in radio, Carol was a producer and executive producer for public television stations in Boston and Baltimore.

Arc of Justice
This podcast turned four-part public radio series tells the story of how the extreme racial wealth gap in the US came to be. The series features the scholarship of one of the nation’s leading economists William A. Darity Jr. and folklorist A. Kirsten Mullen. It was distributed in 2022 by American Public Media, and hosted by Lindsay Foster Thomas (then at WUNC).
