I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama, but due to too much curiosity, I have spent most of my adult life hopping around the world. I recently finished a radio course at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine and am currently working as a freelance radio reporter in Istanbul, Turkey.
