Tennessee Watson is an education reporter with Wyoming Public Radio, where she also covers sexual violence, criminal justice and does accountability reporting. Before joining the team at WPR, Watson was an independent documentary radio producer and a media educator. Her work has aired on NPR, Reveal, APM Reports, The Heart, LatinoUSA, Here And Now, and American RadioWorks. She’s won a National Edward R. Murrow Award, two regional Murrow awards, and was a 2016 Peabody Award nominee. In 2015 she was an International Women's Media Foundation Fund for Women Journalists grantee. She is a 2020 Nieman Fellow at Harvard.
