I'm a podcast producer, sound designer, editor, and journalist based in Asheville, North Carolina. I make audio stories that stay with you long after you listen. 

My recent work includes the Tribeca '22 winner Mother Country Radicals,  Season 2 of REI Co-op Studio's Hello, Nature, Season 3 of Crooked Media's The Wilderness, and Seasons 2 and 3 of How to Citizen with Baratunde. I've also hosted workshops including Sound Design 101, Pro-tools SFXs, and Tape Syncs 101. ​
