About Sojourner
Sojourner Ahebee is a Philadelphia-based reporter and audio producer. She covers public education, criminal justice and the arts. Her writing and audio stories have appeared in The Atlantic, WHYY( NPR Member Station), the Hear to Slay podcast (hosted by Roxane Gay), The Philadelphia Tribune and elsewhere. Ahebee is a 2019 MacDowell Colony Fellowship recipient in creative writing.
