About Leslie
Leslie Ambriz is a multimedia journalist and reporter from Los Angeles, California. She is passionate about documenting stories and issues that affect communities of color, religion, and how art and culture influence our political and social climates.
Currently, Leslie is working as a freelance writer, host, and podcast producer.
She has worked on projects for and in collaboration with numerous companies such as, Snap Inc, BESE, SoulPancake, NBC News, SUMA, The Luz Collective, AfterBuzz TV, Black Hollywood Live, MITU, and Wayfarer Entertainment. She has both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Journalism and New Media from the University of Southern California and Biola University—where she also obtained a minor in Theology.
