About Emma
I am passionate about creating portraits of people and places through intimate, exciting stories. I am drawn to pieces that center on community, education, and the outdoors.
Previously, I've worked as a journalist and high school English teacher. I have always been a storyteller, and believe in the unwavering power of a human voice telling its story.
I have graduated from the Salt Institute of Documentary Studies and the Podcasting Intensive from Berkeley's Advanced Media Institute.
