I want to do non-narrated, long-form storytelling and gain more experience as an audio journalist and producer. I am very new to journalism and the audio industry, but I would love to gain more experience doing sound design.

About Britny

Cordera is a published poet, nonfiction writer, and emerging journalist who investigates the intersections between environment, climate change, religion, (pop) culture, and ecowomanism. Cordera was a finalist for the 2020 Narrative 30 Below contest. Her work (poetry and nonfiction) can be found or is forthcoming in Grist Fix, The New Territory, Rhino, Narrative, and PANK. She received her MFA from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. When she is not reporting, or writing poetry, Cordera teaches for St Louis Poetry Center and roller skates in her free time.
