I have independently produced two full seasons of my own show, Strangers Abroad Podcast: a narrative travel podcast. Strangers Abroad chronicles conversations I have with strangers I have met while traveling the world. Each story and interview is highly-edited, soundscaped, and scored. I aim to transport my audience to different corners of the world just by using sound and words. Each episode is bookended by my personal stories that relay to a larger theme. I edited the interviews, wrote through tape, and added archival audio. The newest season of Strangers Abroad is a serialized true story about two female journalists who raced each other around the world in 1889. I have done in depth research to provide appropriate and interesting context to layer on top of the naturally propulsive plot. I have experience writing out plots, beats, and hour length scripts. 

My most recent podcast work was with Slate, producing the bonus episode series for the serialized history podcast Slow Burn: Roe vs Wade. This series accompanied the announcement of the show’s Apple Podcasts Show of the Year award. I helped produce five captivating episodes of various formats, ranging from conversation with lawyers from previous episodes, roundtable discussions with the Slow Burn production team, and audio from live shows. I scheduled interviews, edited episode scripts, sourced and cut archival audio, engineered in-person interviews and tape syncs, along with editing the audio for quick episode turnarounds. 

I produced, mixed, and scored Decision Points: Season Four, a series of conversations with ambassadors and diplomats who focus on Middle Eastern politics and peace negotiations. In that role, I went through several rounds of revisions for the scripted narration until the tone was objective and fair around heated topics. 

At Building Momentum, a creative problem solving agency outside of Washington D.C, I led production on two series: Breadcrumbs with Allen Brooks and NavalX. For each of these shows, I exhaustively researched guests, scheduled interviews, prepared in-depth preps for the hosts, and wrote scripted narration.
