Bio: I'm an independent radio producer based in Portland, Maine. I've reported, produced, and edited sound-rich, narrative features for WNYC, KCRW, WBUR, NPR, and Reveal (forthcoming). I also teach documentary storytelling at Maine College of Art and volunteer with Blunt Youth Radio. From 2014 - 2016 I worked as a producer for Studio 360 (PRI + WNYC), where I pitched, booked, prepped, and edited two-way interviews, as well as producing features and editing freelancers. A former Studio 360 intern myself, as a producer I co-led the internship program. And I helped pilot a new sound a format for the show. Before that I was a features reporter for the Louisville Courier-Journal. I have an MA from NYU's Carter Journalism Institute and an MA in English from McGill University.
