I have been a radio professional for over 15 years. For 9 years, I was the Senior Producer of the flagship, two-hour daily morning show "Weekday" on KUOW Public Radio. We performed live every day. I also produced large scale live radio productions in front of audiences numbering 900+. I'm currently an announcer for KUOW Public Radio and the creator, editor and co-host of The Bittersweet Life podcast which has been on the air weekly for four years. I have the ability to senior produce, host on-air live, create sound-rich features, edit other people's work, edit and layer tape, train and lead staff, interview in the field and create new programs, and act as a podcast consultant for radio stations or businesses. I have produced and hosted countless radio features, documentaries, and live broadcasts. I also toured with "A Prairie Home Companion" and interned with "Radiolab." I am currently freelancing - based in San Francisco, CA
I love the Golden Age Radio Drama. It is why I made audio storytelling my art form. I also love to study Radio history and how the Golden Age influences media today in a regular series called "Radio Retrospective."
