Bio: Alexandra Hall is an independent radio reporter based in Washington, D.C. She formerly worked as a freelance foreign correspondent in South America, traveling around Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay and filing stories for NPR News, All Things Considered, Morning Edition, WBUR's Only a Game and Radio Ambulante. Previously she worked as a global news producer with Radio Cooperativa and as a translator and international desk writer for CNN Chile- both in Santiago. Before traveling to the Southern Cone, Alexandra studied Latin American politics and radio production at Columbia University and interned with WNYC's On the Media. She most recently worked as an on-camera correspondent for TeleSUR English in Washington, D.C., a booker for All Things Considered at NPR and a contributing reporter to WBUR's Here & Now.
