Tom Cole is an editor on NPR's Arts Desk. He develops, edits, produces, and reports on stories about art, culture, and music for NPR's news magazines Morning Edition, Weekend Edition, and All Things Considered. Cole has held these responsibilities since February 1990.

Prior to his work with the Arts Desk, Cole worked for three and a half years as an associate producer for NPR's daily classical music program Performance Today. Since 1977, Cole has been the host and producer of a weekly three-hour program of music and interviews broadcast on public radio station WPFW-FM in Washington.Over the course of his career, Cole has produced or collaborated on a number of public radio projects. He co-edited the Peabody Award-winning NPR documentary, "I Must Keep Fightin' : The Art of Paul Robeson." He was also an advisor, contributor, and co-editor of the Peabody Award-winning " series, The NPR 100, the top 100 songs of the 20th century.




Jacob Conrad
is Coordinating Producer of KCRW's Independent Producer Project and Editor of UnFictional, KCRW's weekly program of longform radio narratives.  Stories that he's helped shape through the IPP and UnFictional have found a national audience on NPR's All Things Considered, APM's The Story and PRI's The World. Jacob fell in with the independent producer community during his years as an editor of NPR's Day to Day.  Before coming to radio, Jacob made a living in feature film production, where he stayed long enough to work with a few of his heroes and absorb some good lessons in creative collaboration.

  

 



John Haas
has over 15 years of public radio experience. He's currently the acting senior producer of the Marketplace Morning Report, but spent 4 years as Marketplace's editor for station and freelance reporters. John previously worked as senior producer of the foreign affairs program America Abroad, hosted by Ray Suarez. Before that, John was an associate editor for NPR's Talk of the Nation with Neal Conan and senior producer for NPR's Public Interest with Kojo Nnamdi. John majored in English/Journalism at Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, and studied at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

  


Jeremy Skeet has spent all his working life in Radio. He started in daily news at the BBC World Service African Service and then on the evening drive time show on domestic Radio, PM.  After covering such events as 9/11 and the inauguration of Nelson Mandela, he made the move from daily news. He dipped his toe in public radio spending a highly enjoyable and informative two years  as managing editor for the now defunct Weekend America. On his return from Los Angeles he ran the current affairs and long form radio unit at the World Service.  He has won numerous awards, most notably a Peabody for his drama about the collapse of Lehmans Bank. He was recently a commissioner of documentaries at the World Service where he launched the BBC public radio partnership. At the moment he is an editor at Radio Current Affairs making documentaries for both Radio 4 and World Service.

  









Julie Snyder
is the Senior Producer of PRI's This American Life. Prior to joining TAL, Julie was a reporter for WGN radio in Chicago, and also was news director at KZSC, Santa Cruz's public radio station.
  


Anna Sussman has been a senior producer with NPR’s Snap Judgment for two years. She was a founder of Backpackjournalist.org, a multi-media production company reporting from conflict and post-conflict regions in Africa and Asia for CNN, PRI, NPR, APM, The Christian Science Monitor, Current TV and various newspapers. She holds two masters degrees from UC Berkeley in Journalism and Human Rights and lives in San Francisco.
