At RadioActive Youth Media, youth voices are respected and expected. RadioActive is the teen journalism program at KUOW Public Radio in Seattle, where hundreds of Washington teens make radio each year.

In this workshop, RadioActive youth (Marian Mohamed and Antonio Nevarez) and staff members (Kelsey Tolchin-Kupferer and Kyle Norris) shared tips for facilitating high-quality youth radio journalism programs. We also listened to some of the award-winning stories produced by RadioActive youth.
